As a part of the BEd curriculum, we had to conduct a conscientization program for helping us to understand how a teacher can play the role of a changemaker. The topic we chose to spread awareness about the topics "Women empowerment"&Time management. We conducted the program in plus two students in Govt Higher Secondary School, Oachira. On February 1, 2023, we conducted the program with the permission of the school principal.
We have divided the portions into two parts for making the class organised .
For the effective delivery of the content, we prepared PowerPoint slides and drew a flow chart of Blackboard for students' better understanding. We tried our best to make the class more interactive and beneficial.
