🏫Internship phase 1📝 - 1st week 👩🏻🏫
The first week offered us some unique experiences. Our teaching practice began on 5 th December. On the first day itself we were asked to accompany the students who were selected for the competition oraganised by the Public Library Council of Oachira panchayat. We came across a lot of students who took part in various competitions.
It made us realize how to identify the individual talent of each students. As part of a campaign ,in their assembly these students were given Deshabhimani newspaper. It was meant to inculcate the values of reading among children.We were able to participate in that campaign also. Later ,on 6 th December some students were appreciated for gaining first place in a quize competition conducted in their school as part of 'Jalajeevan' programme.
It was intended to gain insight regarding the various realms that a teacher should confront in her life . We were able to join midday meal scheme along with them.
